Jean Miller, D.O.
Jean Miller, D.O., is an Oklahoma native who has lived in Northern Indiana for the past 15 years. She attended Western University College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, California. Then she came to Indiana and did her residency in family medicine at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka, Indiana.
Dr. Miller has been practicing for 15 years and, in the last 5 years, in an employer-based direct primary care practice. This practice allows her to spend more time with her patients and get to know them better, which helps to keep their healthcare costs down.
In July 2024, Dr. Miller was able to get NCQA diabetes recognition. (The National Committee for Quality Assurance is a national, not-for-profit program that is nationally recognized.)
Dr. Miller believes that preventative healthcare is important and loves helping her patients live their healthiest lives.

Julian D. Loden, M.D.
A Fulton native, Julian Loden, M.D., is a board certified physician in Internal Medicine and a Certified Hypertension Specialist. He graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. He received his Medical Doctorate at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, after which he completed his Internal Medicine Residency at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS.
Dr. Loden is one of the founding physicians of Tupelo Medical Group, which opened in May 1998. Dr. Loden has been practicing medicine for 25 years. He is a Certified Hypertension Specialist and enjoys assisting patients to get their blood pressure under control with lifestyle changes and medications as needed. He treats and monitors other chronic illnesses as well as acute problems as they arise. He also enjoys doing minor procedures in the office, such as, biopsies and skin lesion removals.
When he is not working, Dr. Loden spends time with family, biking and watching the Rebels. Dr. Loden is currently accepting new patients.
Benjamin R. Gilliland, M.D.
A Tupelo native Benjamin Gilliland, M.D., is a board certified physician in Family Medicine and a Certified Clinical Densitometrist. He graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor’s of Science. He received his Medical Doctorate at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, after which he completed his Family Medicine Residency at St. Vincent’s East Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama.
Dr. Gilliland enjoys caring for each patient and tailoring his or her medical care to personal needs and preferences. As a family physician, Dr. Gilliland seeks to work alongside his patients with the goals of: improving their overall health with lifestyle changes rather than medications and preventing future medical issues. He works diligently in treating patients with diabetes and other chronic medical illnesses but is also proficient in caring for those with acute needs as they arise.
When he is not working, Dr. Gilliland spends time with his family, training his labrador, waterfowl hunting, and spending time outdoors. He is currently accepting new patients.
Pami J. Taylor, M.D.
Pami Taylor, MD is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and a Certified Hypertension Specialist. She graduated from LSU with a Bachelor of Science degree. She received her Medical Doctorate at LSU Medical Center in New Orleans, after which she completed her Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS.
Dr. Taylor has been in practice for 25 years and a partner at Tupelo Medical Group for 21 years. Dr. Taylor enjoys treating patients and diagnosing medical problems. Dr. Taylor also focuses on preventive health and the prevention of chronic medical problems. She treats chronic health conditions along with any acute illnesses. She does her best to help patients utilize their medical benefits to get the best possible care.
When she is not working, Dr. Taylor enjoys spending time with family, running, swimming and traveling. She is currently accepting new patients.
